Like the space itself, The Bronzeville Winery menu aims to encompass the warmth, richness, and the brilliant flavors of our diverse community by pairing the perfect balance of ingenuity and homage to heritage. The menu will reintroduce iconic comfort dishes dedicated to whole body nourishment and nostalgic sensory experiences using all avenues of locally produced foods as well in house grown microgreens and other produce. The budding culinary team is encouraged to explore and push boundaries on a daily basis presenting plates that are sophisticated and filled with emotion to offer a truly approachable yet unforgettable experience for guests. From hearty one pot recipes packed with root vegetables and homestyle spices to unique international hybrid dishes representative of the makeup of Chicago, Bronzeville Winery will offer something for everyone.

Wine

The Bronzeville Winery list is created with a nod to tradition and the freedom of innovation. The wine list strongly represents boutique producers from all over the World, hard-to-get cult wines and also some little-known African American
owned gems. Our sommelier focuses on pairing the aromatic, spicy flavors of the African Diaspora with a perfectly balanced glass. Education and Tastings are plentiful using wine education, classes and seminar to welcome the community to the world of wine.

Cocktails

While wine and food are the star for Bronzeville Winery, it is the spirits in the glass that make the bar counter the destination for cocktail enthusiasts. With the combination of intention and strict tradition, the bartenders infuse local
ingredients, such as honeycomb, herbs and tinctures from local purveyors with an arsenal of apothecary secrets.
Each cocktail is served with impeccably placed garnish in artful and bespoke glassware.
